전문계고 교수,학습 방법 우수 사례

국문 초록

이 연구는 교육인적자원부와 한국직업능력개발원에서 주관해 온 전국 전문계고 교수·학습연구대회 수상작 사례를 중심으로 전문계고에서 활용되고 있는 교수·학습 방법들에 대한 전반적인 경향과 계열별 특성, 교수·학습 연구대회 성과를 파악하는데 목적을 두었다. 이 연구를 위해서 문헌분석, 전문가 협의회, 연구대회 수상작 101편에 대한 집중적인 내용 분석, 수상자 면담 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과 수상작들의 교수·학습 방법이 적용된 주된 배경 및 목적은 학습자의 학습능력 신장과 학습자의 동기 유발을 통한 적극적인 수업 참여에 있었다. 전문계고의 교수·학습 우수사례에서 주로 사용한 교수·학습 방법은 소집단협동학습, 프로젝트학습, 실습, 팀티칭 등의 학습방법들로, 공업계열은 프로젝트학습, 상업계열은 소집단협동학습, 농업/가사계열은 실습, 보통/통합교과는 팀티칭이 빈번하게 활용되었다. 수상자들이 인식하는 성과는 학습자에겐 학습동기 유발과 학습능력 신장, 교수자에게는 체계적인 수업 준비와 정보 공유에 효과적인 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 전문계고의 교수·학습을 개선하기 위한 제언이 도출되었다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study is to exam the trends and features of instructional methods in vocational high school. For this study, we analyze 101 good practices of instructional methods in vocational high school submitted to the KRIVET from 2001 to 2007. As a result, The backgrounds of implementing these instructional methods are developing learning ability and enhancing learner`s motivation for encouraging learners` engagement in their learning process. The most frequent instructional method is project, small group instruction, practice learning and team-teaching. It had the same application background in the a fraction character as the situation of above, it was frequently applied for project learning in technical high school, for small group instruction in commercial high school, for practical learning in the agriculture/home economics of vocational high school, for team teaching in the normal/a merged curriculum. The results of implementing good learning and instructional methods are improving learner`s motivation and enhancing learning ability. And also, by aspect of teacher, making more efforts to preparing an instruction and jointly informations. Based on these research findings, we suggest the implications for improvement of instructional and learning quality in vocational high school.
