영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of study was to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence, ego-resilience, and career identity in nursing students. Methods: The data were collected from 181 nursing students, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Result: The mean score of career identity was 2.63±0.48, emotional intelligence 5.08±.065, ego-resilience 2.75±0.35. Career identity showed positive correlations with emotional intelligence(r=.406, p<.001) and ego-resilience(r=.252, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the outcomes of this study, it is necessary to develop education programs to improve the emotional intelligence of nursing students.
