행복에 영향을 미치는 여가자원 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 여가자원을 중심으로 대한민국 국민의 행복 결정 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2018 국민여가활동조사를 바탕으로 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 국민의 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇이며 어느 정도 영향력을 미치고 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 여가생활에 만족할수록, 여가산업(민간시설)에 만족할수록, 학력수준이 높을수록, 소득수준이 높을수록, 공공문화여가시설에 만족할수록, 사회성 여가에 참여할수록, 여성일수록, 여가시간이 적을수록, 여가비용이 많을 수록의 순서로 행복에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 행복에 영향을 미치는 결정요소로서 우선적 요소와 상·하위 수준에 따라 그 순서가 어떻게 나타났는지에 대한 부분도 분명 중요한 영역을 차지하지만, 유전적 요소, 환경적 요소, 그리고 의도적 활동 모두가 행복에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요소라는 것이 증명되었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the factors that determine the happiness of the Korean people with leisure resources. To this end, based on the 2018 Survey on National Leisure Activity, what factors affect people s happiness and how much influence they have through a hierarchical regression analysis were analyzed. According to the analyses, the more satisfied one s leisure life is, the more satisfied one is with the leisure industry (private facilities), the higher one s educational background, the more one’s income, the more satisfied they are with the public cultural leisure facilities, the more they participate in social leisure, the less leisure time they have, the more leisure expense they spend, the more they affect happiness in order. As a determinant affecting happiness, the priority factors and the portion of how the order appeared according to the upper and lower levels are clearly important areas, but genetic factors, environmental factors, and intentional activities have all proved to be major factors affecting happiness.
