대학생 진로발달과업 기반 대학일자리센터 커리어 컨설턴트들의 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 대학생 진로발달을 조력하는 대학 내 커리어 컨설턴트들의 체계적인 역량 강화 지원을 위해 그들이 인식하는 대학생 진로발달과업 모형을 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 그들의 교육요구를 분석해 기초자료로 제공하기 위함이다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 선행연구들을 통해, 대학생에게 요구되는 진로발달과업 5개 영역과 세부내용 27개를 도출하였고, 이를 기반으로 해당 영역 전문가들의 수정·보완을 거쳐 구성한 설문을 실시해, 119명으로부터 유효응답을 회수하여 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 진로발달과업 영역 및 세부내용의 적절 수행시기(학년)별 과업수행 모형을 도출하고자 전 시기(학년)에 해당하는 ‘진로자기관리’(5개 문항) 영역을 제외하고 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 3단계의 시기별로 수행해야 할 대학생 진로발달과업 모형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 이를 기반으로 커리어 컨설턴트들의 교육요구를 확인하기 위해 세부내용별 현재수준과 중요수준 간의 통계적 유의미한 차이를 확인하는 t 검정을 실시한 결과, 진로실행 영역의 사회진출 정보탐색 및 이해(20)와 구직기술 습득(21)을 제외한 전 세부내용에서 t 값이 통계적으로 유의미함을 확인하였다. 셋째, Borich 요구도 산출공식을 활용한 요구도 값 산출 및 우선순위를 파악한 결과, 대부분에서 t 값과 Borich 요구도 간에는 방향성은 일치하였다. 넷째, 조대연(2009) 등의 Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus 모델을 통한 우선순위 도출 보정 방안을 활용한 교육요구 우선순위 도출 결과, 3개 세부내용(2, 4, 5)이 우선순위로, 8개 세부내용(1, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17)이 차순위로 도출되었다. 그리고 이 연구는 기존 관련 선행연구 자료가 거의 없어 여러 한계와 제한점이 있음에도 불구하고, 향후 컨설턴트들의 진로발달과업 지도를 위한 교육 지원 및 관련 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대하며 몇 가지 제언을 하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational needs of university career development task that they recognize in order to support the systematic capacity building of career consultants in universities that support the career development of university students. Based on these research objectives, the five areas and 27 details of career development tasks required for university students were derived, based on the survey organized by experts in the area, and the results were collected and analyzed from 119 people. First, we conducted exploratory factor analysis except for ‘career self management’ in every period(grade), and developed a model of career development task for university students. Second, in order to confirm the educational needs, t-test was conducted to confirm statistically significant difference between the current level and the important level by detail. As a result, the t value was statistically significant in all the details except the two items of the career execution area Respectively. Third, as a result of estimating and prioritizing the Borich demand value, the directionality between the t value and the Borich demand is in agreement in most cases. Fourth, the priority order of education needs was derived from three priorities and eight subordinate results using the Borich requirement and the locus for focus model. It is hoped that it will be used as the basic data for the development of educational programs and follow-up researches for career development and guidance of consultants in the future.
