보건교사의 교육과정 실행연구에 대한 내러티브 탐구 가능성

국문 초록

일반인의 건강에 대한 개념이 질병이 없는 상태의 의학적 모형에서 신체적, 정신적 및 사회적으로 안녕한 상태인 사회적 모형으로의 변화하고 있다. 이는 학교 보건교사의 역량과 직무의 성격에 대한 관점도 응급처치와 같은 건강관리 측면에서 예방과 건강을 영위할 수 있도록 보건교육 측면으로 강조되고 있는 것과 연결된다. 이런 인식의 변화와 다양한 건강 문제는 보건교육의 필요성을 증대시키고 학교보건교육과정 고시를 이끌어 냈다. 지금까지 학교보건교육과 관련된 연구에서는 보건교육은 수업전후 지식, 행동, 태도 변화에 대한 효과성 연구, 교육에 대한 중재연구와 같은 양적연구가 주를 이루었다. 그러나 보건교육연계지원으로 보건교육 전체 틀 안에서 보건교육과정이 변화하고 있고 앞으로 보건교육의 정착을 위해 보건교육과정 실행에 대한 보건교사의 경험과 의미에 대한 깊이 있는 이해가 이루어질 필요가 있다. 최근 이런 이해를 도모하기 위하여 내러티브 탐구에 대한 관심이 교육연구 분야에서 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인간행위와 삶을 이해하는 하나의 인식 방법으로서 활용되는 연구방법으로서 보건교사의 교육과정 실행 연구에 적용하기 위하여 내러티브 탐구의 가능성을 탐색하였다.

영문 초록

The conceptual changes of a health from the medical model without illness to the social model with physical, mental and social well – being and various health problems have increased the necessity for health education and have led to school health education curriculum notices. In the study related to the school health education, the health education has been mainly focused on the quantitative research such as the study on the effect of changes of knowledge, behavior and attitude after the class, and the intervention study on education. The health education curriculum is being changed within the whole of health education through the support of the connected with health education, not considering by distinguishing the health care from the health education. An in-depth understanding of the health teacher s experiences and implications related to the implementation of health education curriculum should be made in order to promote the health education. This study inquired the possibility of narrative study as a qualitative research method.
