영어 한국어 The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of home exercise program on the gross motor function of child with cerebral palsy. Three child with cerebral palsy(two male. one female; mean aged 7.2) participated two times a week over 10 week. Three child with cerebral palsy (two male. one female; mean aged 8.3) who did not receive home exercise program served as control GMFM(Gross Motor Function Measure) was used to measured change of motor status and Wee FIM was used to measure change within locomotion of home. Results were : 1. Motor status of Allying and rolling) item in GMFM were increased after home exercise group compared with control group(0.93%). 2. Motor status of B(sitting) item in GMFM were increased after home exercise group compared with control group(1.55%). 3. Motor status of C(crawling and kneeling) item in GMFM were increased after home exercise group compared with control group(1.68%). 4. Motor status of D(standing) item in GMFM were increased after home exercise group compared with control group(0.92%). 5. Motor status of E(walking and running and jumping) item in GMFM were increased after home exercise group compared with control group(0.58%). 6. Ability of locomotion within home were increased after home exercise group compared with control group. In conclusion, results of this study showed that increased motor status and improved ability of locomotion by home exercise program in child with cerebral palsy. Make sure of home exercise program in consideration of motor development level and home environment were increased gross motor status and ability diary of living with cerebral palsy, Results suggest that study for home exercise program in child with cerebral palsy.
