국문 초록

본 연구는 기업의 가치혁신을 가능하게 하는 플랫폼으로서의 블록체인(Blockchain)이 기업교육에서 어떠한 다양한 활용방안이 있는지를 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 블록체인은 혁신적인 변화를 통해 다양한 분야로 활용성이 증가하고 있으며, 교육적 측면으로 보면 지속가능한 기업성장을 위한 체계적인 교수설계를 가능하게 하고 교수자와 학습자들이 공동으로 가치를 창출할 수 있는 시스템이다. 정보와 서비스의 복합도가 높아지고 공급자와 고객 사이의 네트워크 효과가 커지면서 기업 간 경쟁에서 협력이 기업 성장의 중요한 요인으로 등장하였다. 연구에 따른 활용방안으로 탈중앙화, 투명성, 공유성 등 블록체인의 특성에 따라 기업교육 활용방안이 나타난다. 교육 수요자 중심의 기획과 운영으로 능동적 참여를 유도하고, 학사관리⋅교육실행 관리⋅학습자 정보관리 등이 투명하게 공개되어 만족도를 향상시키며, 모든 정보의 공유로 다양한 교수법 적용이 가능하다. 첫째, 탈중앙화는 체계적인 교수 설계가 가능해서 프로그램 기획과 학습이력⋅인증으로 중개비용의 감소와 효율적 관리가 가능하고 개인 권리가 강화된다. 둘째, 투명성은 정보 공개로, 집행의 투명화와 서비스의 개방성을 높일 수 있다. 셋째, 공유성은 모든 참여자 간에 정보를 공유함으로써 다양한 교수법 활용이 가능하고 학습자의 편의성과 만족도를 향상시키며 맞춤형 개별화 교육시스템 구현이 가능하다. 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 기업환경 변화에 능동적인 기업교육의 역할과 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the various ways that blockchain, a platform that allows for enterprise innovation, can be used in corporate education. The blockchain is increasingly utilized in various fields through innovative changes. In terms of education, it allows systematic instructional design, which in turn allows for sustainable enterprise growth. This enables a system where instructors and learners both can generate education value. As the complexity of information and services increase and the network effect between suppliers and customers grow, inter-firm cooperation has risen as an important factor instead of inter-firm competition. This study suggests ways to utilize blockchain in corporate education using the characteristics of blockchain: decentralization, transparency, and sharing of information. Through the sharing of all information, it is possible to apply various teaching methods. One can encourage active participation though a system of planning and operating that is centered on learners. Another can improve the satisfaction of learners with transparency of information, such as by disclosing how training programs, education progress, and learner information are managed. Firstly, decentralization allows for instructional design to be systematized. Individual rights can be strengthened and intermediary costs can be reduced with program planning and proof of learning history being available. Secondly, as transparency means to disclose information, this can increase transparency of management and the openness of services. Thirdly, sharing of information between all participants can be applied to various teaching methods, increase the accessibility and satisfaction of learners, and be used in implementing customized education systems for each individual. Based on these results, this study explores the corporate education’s role and its implications in taking an active stance in the changing the corporate environment.
