군인 휴대폰 사용에서 나타난 병영생활의 변화가 지역사회에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 인터넷 뉴스 댓글과 현장 인터뷰를 중심으로 -

국문 초록

본 연구는 강원도 지역사회가 “군인 휴대폰 사용시간 줄여달라”는 인터넷 뉴스 댓글에 대한 Q연구방법 론을 통해 인터넷 뉴스 댓글 이용자의 주관성 유형을 분류하였으며, 연구참여자는 2019년 8월 30일 강원주 민들이 호소한 인터넷 기사에 참여해 작성한 3,065명으로 선정하였다. 이들이 작성한 댓글 1,960개와 기사 에 호감을 표현한 3,065개를 분석하여 연구를 진행 하였다. 또한 이 연구를 위해서 Q연구방법에서 분석한 결과에 대한 검증을 위해 일상생활기술적연구를 추가하여 군인들과 그의 가족 그리고 강원 지역주민들에 대한 현장 인터뷰를 중심으로 한 연구이다. 본 연구결과로 나타난 것은 첫째, 군인의 휴대폰 사용은 부대안 의 특수한 공간으로부터 가상의 외부 세계로 탈출하여 정신적 안정을 찾는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모들 은 군의 특수한 환경에 입대한 자녀들과 영상통화로 심리적 안정을 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 군인의 휴 대폰 사용은 자신 들만의 홀로의 세계로 몰입하는 개인주의적 병영생활의 변화들이 나타났다. 넷째, 군인 들은 휴대폰 사용시간을 기다리고 있으며, 휴대폰을 사용하지 않는 시간에는 정신적 불안정성과 업무에 대 한 강한 스트레스를 받는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 군인들의 휴대폰 사용은 다양한 소통으로 연결되어 외 출·외박 기피현상과 가족들과의 면회가 감소되는 결과로 나타났다. 여섯째, 군 접경 강원 지역사회 주민들 은 경제수단의 대부분을 군인의 외출·외박과 가족들의 면회에서 발생하는 수입에 의존하려는 인식이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 군인 휴대폰 사용에서 나타난 병영생활의 변화에 대처하면서 군 접경 강원 지역사회의 상권의 경제가 다시 활기를 찾아야 하는 현실에 직면하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 군인의 휴대폰 사용과 지역사회의 경제발전을 지원하는 사회복지적 실천개입 방향에 대한 제안의 필요성이 제기되었다.

영문 초록

This study classified the types of subjectivity of Internet news comment users through Q research methodology on Internet news comments that Gangwon Province community wants to “Reduce military cell phone use time.” On August 30, 2019, the research participants were selected as 3,065 people who wrote comments by participating in an Internet article appealed to Gangwon residents. The research was conducted by analyzing 1,960 comments they wrote and 3,065 articles expressing favoritism. It is also based on the interviews of soldiers, their families and residents in Gangwon Province by adding daily technical research to verify the results analyzed by Q Research Method. The results of this study showed that first, the use of cell phones in the military is to escape from the special space in the unit to the virtual outside world in search of static and spiritual stability. Second, parents have been shown to gain stability through video calls with their sons who have joined the military’s special environment. Third, the use of cell phones by soldiers has led to changes in individualistic barracks that are immersed in the world of their own holiness. Fourth, soldiers are waiting for cell phone using time, and when they are not using cell phones, they are found to be mentally unstable and under intense stress from work. Fifth, the use of cell phones by soldiers has resulted in various communication links, which have resulted in the avoidance of outings and decreased visits with family members. Sixth, residents of communities in Gangwon Province, which borders the military, are found to be highly aware that most of the economic means are to rely on income generated from soldiers outings and visits by their families. Based on these studies, it needs to manage the changes inmilitary life because of using cell phones and to revive the business in Gangwon Province. Therefore, it needs to propose a direction for social welfare intervention to support the use of cell phones in military and economic development in the local community.
