국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교류분석 집단상담프로그램이 보호관찰 위기청소년의 자아상태와 분노조절에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 G광역시에 소재한 보호관찰 중인 여자 위기청소년 22명을 대상으로 실험집단 11명과 통제집단 11명으로 나누어 실험집단 11명에게 교류분석 집단상담프로그램을 2018년 8월 30일부터 2019년 2월 8일 동안 주 1회 90분씩 8회기를 총 3회 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교류분석 집단상담프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 보호관찰 위기청소년이 통제집단보다 자아상태가 기능적으로 활성화 되었다. 둘째, 교류분석 집단상담프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 보호관찰 위기청소년이 통제집단보다 더 효과적으로 분노를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교류분석 집단상담프로그램이 보호관찰 위기청소년의 자아상태와 분노조절에 효과가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과들에 대한 함의와 추후연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the transactional analysis group counseling program on ego state and controlling anger of Youth at a Crisis in Probation To that end target 22 youth at a women crisis in probation in G Metropolitan City probation. into 11 experimental groups and 11 control groups. to 11 experimental groups The group counseling program for exchange analysis was conducted three times, 90 minutes per week, from August 30, 2018 to February 8, 2019. The main results are as follows. First, the experimental group probation crisis youth who participated in the transactional analysis group counseling program has a ego state became more functionally active than the control group. Second, the experimental group probation crisis youth who participated in the transactional analysis group counseling program had a higher degree of anger control than the control group. this suggests the exchange transactional analysis group counseling program of probation crisis youth is effective in controlling the ego state and controlling anger. finally, we discussed the implications of these findings and suggestions for further research.
