창의 역량 함양을 위한 교육과정 운영 사례

국문 초록

이 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정에서 강조되고 있는 창의적인 인재 양성을 위해 행복교육대학교에 개설 된 강좌의 교육사례를 공유하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구자의 연구에 동의한 강좌 개설 교수와 그의 강좌를 수강한 3명의 학생을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 연구가 진행되었으며, 모두 10차례에 거친 면담을 통해 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 면담 자료는 귀납적 범주 분석에 의해 범주화 되었다. 대범주‘배운 점’에서는 ‘실태에 맞는 교육내용 제공의 필요성과 방법 습득’, ‘대인관계 기술 습득’의 소범주가 생성 되었으며, 대범주 ‘아쉬운 점’에서는 ‘실습 시간 더 주기’, ‘이론과 실습의 연결 부족’, ‘준비물 활용의 융통성 부족’의 소범주가 생성되었다. 고등교육에서 전통적인 교과교육을 통해서는 창의 융합적인 사고를 지닌 인재 양성이 어렵다는 점에 기초한다면 교과 통합적인 강좌가 많이 개설되어야 한다. 나아가 유행을 쫓아 새로운 강좌를 개설하는 것에 머무르는 것이 아니라 개설 강좌에 대한 학생의 만족도나 교육효과 등에 대한 끊임없는 피드백을 통해 기대하는 교육목적이 충실히 달성될 수 있도록 해야할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to share the educational cases of the courses established at the Happy Education University to foster creative talents, which are emphasized in the 2015 revised curriculum. For this purpose, a professor who agreed to this research and his 3 students who took his lectures were chosen for this study and all data were collected through 10 in-depth interviews. Collected data from interviews was categorized by inductive category analysis. In the major category of lesson learned , a sub-category of acquisition of necessity and method of providing educational contents suitable for the actual situation and acquisition of interpersonal skills were created. In the major category ‘to be supplemented’, there were sub-categories of ‘more practice time,’ ‘lack of connection between theory and practice’ and ‘lack of flexibility in using materials’. Based on the fact that it is difficult to cultivate talents with creative convergent thinking through traditional curriculum in higher education, a lot of curriculum integrated courses should be established. Furthermore, rather than staying in the opening of new courses in pursuit of trends, the educational objectives should be fulfilled through continuous feedback on student satisfaction and educational effects.
