국문 초록

본 연구는 물질의존자의 직업가치가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 치료공동체 자기평가 척도, 한국형 변화단계 척도, 직업가치 척도, 진로태도성숙 척도를 사용하여, 경남소재의 국립부곡병원에 물질관련 장애 진단을 받고 치료공동체 프로그램을 적용하는 알코올병동과 중독병동에 자의로 입원한자 35명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 물질의존자의 개인적 특성에 따라 남성보다 여성이 진로태도성숙의 준비성이 높고, 미혼이 이혼이나 기혼보다 변화단계의 실천의지가 높았다. 재발경험에서는 재발의 경험을 반복할수록 진로태도성숙의 결정성이 높고, 고정적 수입기간이 길수록 변화단계의 인식수준이 높았다. 둘째, 물질의존자의 치료공동체 자기평가와 직업가치의 수준이 높을수록 진로태도성숙의 준비성과 독립성수준이 높았다. 또한, 변화단계의 하위변인인 양가성의 수준이 높을수록 진로태도성숙의 확신성과 준비성수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업가치, 치료공동체 자기평가 순으로 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 한 달에 20일 정도 1개월 이상 직업재활에 참여한 A집단과 참여하지 않은 C집단과의 비교에서 C집단은 직업가치의 외적가치와 진로태도성숙의 확신성이 높았다. 다섯째, 한 달에 10일 정도 1개월 이상 직업재활에 참여한 B집단과 참여하지 않은 C집단과의 비교에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다.

영문 초록

This study is non-experimental study using static group comparison, aiming to ponder the effect of job value of substance abuser on the career attitude maturity. The period of this study was from January, 4th to January, 14th, 2011 and the objects of this study were 35 inpatients who were diagnosed as substance-related disorder and voluntarily entered substance abuse treatment facility and therapeutic community program. Tools for this study were therapeutic community program self-rating scale, the Korean version of the stages of change readiness and treatment eagerness scale(SOCRATES), job value scale and career attitude maturity scale after testing reliability of these tools on random 14 people. Summing up of the result of this study is as follows. First, women were higher in the preparations of career attitude maturity than men, and the unmarried and the divorced were higher in the practical will of stages of change than the married. The more relapse experiences were repeated, the higher the determinancy in career attitude maturity was.. The longer the fixed-income period was, the higher the level of awareness of change stages was. Second, the higher the levels of therapeutic community program self-rating and job value were, the higher the levels of preparation and independence in career attitude maturity. Moreover, the higher the level of ambivalence, a subordinate variable, of change stage was, the higher the confidence and readiness in career attitude maturity were. Third, the career attitude maturity was influenced by job value and therapeutic community program self-rating in order. Fourth, the external value of job value and the confidence in career attitude maturity were higher in group C. Fifth, there were no significant differences in therapeutic community program self-rating, the stages of change, job value and career attitude maturity by comparison between group B participating in rehabilitation for 10 days a month and group C not participating in rehab. Based on the result of above study, this study suggests the followings. First, the reconstruction is needed which considers a period of individual application of therapeutic community program for substance abusers and also considers characteristics of substance abusers. Second, systematic and continuous approach is needed as a preparation that leads a job placement. Third, further study as well as pre and post study on the therapeutic community program are needed to investigate its effect on substance abusers in rehabilitation.
