국문 초록

본 연구는 산재장애인의 장애수용과 관련된 다양한 요인 중 사회적 지지와 스트레스 대처 방식의 관계를 파악하여 효율적인 산재장애인 재활 프로그램 개발을 위한 근거를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 한국산재장애인협회와 여러 산재장애인 모임을 통해 접촉한 산재장애인 중 연구목적에 동의하고 도움 요청서를 통해 연구 참여를 수락하고 설문지에 응답한 산재장애인 108명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 설문자료를 분석한 결과 산재장애인의 장애수용에 대해 지지적 환경과 스트레스에 대처하는 개인적 기제가 유의미한 영향을 가지고 있다고 나타났으며, 특히 사회적 지지와 장애수용 간의 유의미한 관계에 스트레스 대처가 갖는 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이에 따라 산재장애인의 장애수용을 위한 재활 프로그램에서 고려해야 할 요인으로 사회적 지지를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안과 더불어 개인의 스트레스 대처 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 심리적 지원의 필요성에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of social support and stress copingwhich related with acceptance of disability, and provide an evidence for effective rehabilitationprogram for industrially injured workers. For this purpose, 108 workers who injured in industrialsituation and agreed with purpose of study with request for help form were participated throughKorean Association of People Injured on Worksites and groups of injured workers. The results of analyzed data were as follows: Supportive environment and personal mechanismfor coping the stress have significant effects on acceptance of disability of industrially injuredworkers. Especially, stress coping ability has a mediation effect on relation between socialsupport and acceptance of disability. Thus, psychological support for enhancing the stress copingability were suggested as a factors that should have to consider in rehabilitation program forindustrially injured workers as well as the method for enhancing the social support
