장애인 직업재활 관련 질적연구 동향 분석: 1991년부터 2018년까지 국내 논문을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 직업재활 관련 질적연구의 동향을 분석함으로써, 향후 직업재활 질적연구의 발전 방향을 제안하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 한국연구재단 등재학술지 중 관련도 높은 전문학술지 4종을 대상으로 총60편의 연구논문을 선정한 후, 게재시기, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구방법을 기준으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 2010년을 기준으로 국내 직업재활 질적연구 논문이 증가하였다. 둘째, 연구주제는 장애인의 고용 경험(47.2%), 고용전훈련·교육·평가(23.6%), 고용 관련 인식(12.5%), 고용환경(5%) 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구대상은 장애인 당사자(47%), 직업재활전문가(20.5%), 사업주 및 직원(10.8%), 특수교사(9.6%), 부모(3.6%) 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 질적연구방법에 있어서는 자료수집방법으로 개별인터뷰(65%), 그룹인터뷰(11.7%), 관찰(10.4%)이, 자료분석방법으로는 현상학(23.3%), 근거이론(21.7%), 사례분석(20%)이 주를 이루었고, 엄격성 확보 방안으로서 참여자확인(26.2%), 전문가자문(18.7%), 연구자간 검토(15%) 등이 활용되었고, 윤리적 고려를 위해 사전고지(55.6%), 동의서 작성(16.7%) 등이 이루어졌다. 본 연구 결과에 기반하여, 질적연구 확산을 위한 한국직업재활학회의 역할 제안, 연구대상, 연구주제, 분석방법 등에서 다양화 추구, 엄격성 및 윤리성 확보를 위한 개선방안 등을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest the future direction of qualitative research in vocational rehabilitation field by analyzing trends of qualitative research related to vocational rehabilitation in Korea. For this purpose, a total of 60 research papers were selected from four highly specialized journals of the Korean Citation Index, and analyzed based on year of publication, research subjects, research themes, and research methods. The findings are as follows. First, domestic vocational rehabilitation qualitative research papers increased in 2010s. Second, the research themes were employment experience(47.2%), pre-employment training, education and training(23.6%), employment recognition(12.5%) and employment environment(5%). Third, the research subjects were the persons with disabilities(47%), vocational rehabilitation specialists(20.5%), employers and employees(10.8%), special teachers(9.6%) and parents(3.6%). Finally, in qualitative research methods, data collection methods include individual interviews(65%), group interviews(11.7%) and observations(10.4%). Data analysis methods include phenomenology(23.3%), grounded theory(21.7%), and case analysis(20%). Participants confirmation(26.6%), expert advice(18.7%) and inter-researcher review (15%) were used as a measure for securing the strictness. Also preliminary notification(55.6%) and written consent(16.7%) were used for ethical consideration. Based on this results, alternatives have been proposed to spread the qualitative research centered on the Korean Society of Vocational Rehabilitation, to diversify research subjects, research themes, and analytical methods and to secure strictness and ethics.
