국문 초록

문화정책의 대상이 예술인에서 모든 국민으로 확대되면서 문화예술교육 정책은 국민들의 감수성과 창의성을 신장하여 삶의 질을 높이는 것과 문화산업을 활성화하여 국가경쟁력을 높이는 것을 목표로 지역 단위의 문화예술교육 활동을 지원하고 있다. 전국 지역문화예술교육지원센터의 주관 단체들은 지역적 환경 특성에 적합한 프로그램의 개발과 적용뿐만 아니라, 학교와 교육기관, 예술단체, 지방자치단체, 기업, 문화예술기관 등의 협력체제 아래 문화예술교육의 활성화와 저변확대, 문화예술교육의 환경 및 여건 조성을 위한 구심적 역할을 해왔다. 본 연구에서는 지역문화예술교육네트워크 허브 구축 사업을 위한 기초 자료를 확보하기 위하여 최근 3년간 국비 또는 시비 지원을 받은 인천지역 문화예술교육 기관 및 단체 자원, 인적자원, 공간자원 등에 대한 자료를 중점적으로 조사 분석하고 각 자원별로 활용방안과 개선점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Cultural policies of Korean government has focused on vitalizing various practices of cultural arts education at the local level, in order to promote sensibility and creativity of the people and the quality of their life, and boost national competitiveness through invigorating cultural industries. There are cultural and arts organizations, which have supervised cultural arts education practices in the local cultural arts education centers across the country. Those organizations have played an essential role in developing cultural arts education programs reflecting the conditions and environmental features of the regions. Further they have made great efforts to foster the environment and conditions for implementing cultural arts education, and cultivate and expand it by establishing a cooperative network system among schools, educational institutions, arts organizations, local communities, industrial companies, and cultural arts education institutions. In this context, the study aims to provide as much information as we can necessary for constructing a hub in the center of the networks among the institutions or organizations in charge of local cultural arts education, in light of cultural arts education institutions and organization resources, human resources, and space resources of Incheon Metropolitan City, which have been funded by the government or the city for the last consecutive three years, and suggest the ways of utilizing and improvement for each resource.
