국문 초록

우리나라에서는 2000년대 중반이후 학교문화예술교육에 대한 정부의 재정투입이 이루어지고 해당 분야에 대한 관심이 증대되면서, 학교문화예술교육의 효과와 관련된 논의가 이루어져 왔다. 최근에는 학교문화예술교육의 효과를 확인하는 것을 넘어 효과가 도출되는 작동 메커니즘을 탐색하여 이를 통해 학교문화예술교육 활성화를 위한 실질적 제안 도출의 필요가 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학교문화예술교육 효과모델 발굴을 위해 학교 현장에서 발견한 각 변인들 사이의 관계를 유형화하고, 각 유형별 개념과 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 근거이론의 절차에 따라 학교문화예술교육 효과모델을 도출하였다. 자료수집을 위해 10개 학교를 대상으로 현장방문을 통한 자료수집이 이루어졌으며 71명을 대상으로 한 인터뷰가 수행되었다. 수집된 자료는 NVivo를 활용하여 분석되었다. 연구결과 재원지원형, 지역사회연계형, 리더주도형, 교사참여형, 그리고 강사전문성기반형의 총 5개 유형의 학교문화예술교육 효과모델이 도출되었다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 도출된 각 학교문화예술교육 효과모델이 작동되기 위해 해결되어야 하는 핵심적인 과제들도 제시되었다.

영문 초록

As the financial support from government has been provided and the academic interest has been increased, the culture and art education in school has been actively discussed for the last decade. The needs of finding the mechanism working in the discussion on the culture and art education in school and the logic in the manifestation of the culture and arte education have been recently interested. Therefore, this study aims to develop the typology the relationship among the variables related to the culture and art education for investigation the effectiveness model. Also, this study explores the definitions and characteristics of each typology. For collecting data, the observation on the 10 schools and the interview with 71 individuals were conducted. The collected data were analyzed with NVivo 10 for this study. The study results show the five types of culture and art education including financial supporting, networking with regional communities, leader initiation, teacher participation, and foundation of instructor’s professionalism. This study also discusses the critical issues for successful using the five models.
