대학생을 위한 문화역량 측정도구의 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 문화 역량을 측정하는 도구를 개발하고 타당화 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 문화역량과 문화적 역량 척도에 관한 선행연구의 문헌을 연구하여 이론적 요인구조를 개발하였다. 추출된 이론적 요인에 맞추어 설문문항을 개발하여 대학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 요인을 추출하고 확인적 요인분석을 통해 적합도를 검증하였다. 또한 문항특성 분석을 통해 도구의 내적신뢰도를 검증하였다. 그 결과 탐색적 요인분석을 통하여 총 17개 문항이 3개의 요인으로 추출되었으며 각각 문화예술 공통역량, 문화적 역량, 예술적 역량으로 명명되었다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 추출된 3개 요인구조의 모델지수가 RMR이 .04, AGFI .907 그리고 GFI가 .893으로 나타나 .04와 .90의 모델적합지수를 충족하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 대학생들에게 제공되어야 할 문화역량의 적합한 심리요인이 도출되었고 대학문화에서 유용한 이론적 도구가 제시되었다. 도출된 이론적 도구는 향후 대학생들의 문화역량에 대한 심리 분석을 용이하게 할 수 있는 중요한 이론적 기초가 될 것이며, 지속적인 대학문화의 역량을 분석하는 초석이 되어 대학생들의 미래지향적 삶에 보탬이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to build and validate tools for measuring the cultural capacity of college students. For this purpose, the theoretical factorial structure was developed by studying the literature of cultural competence and cultural competence scales. The questionnaire items were developed according to the extracted theoretical factors and data were collected for college students. The collected data were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and the fitness was verified by confirmatory factor analysis. In addition, the internal reliability of the tool was verified through analysis of item characteristics. As a result, 17 items were extracted as three factors through exploratory factor analysis and named as cultural competence, cultural competence and artistic competence respectively. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model index of the three factor structure extracted was .04 for RMR, .907 for AGFI, and .893 for GFI, which satisfied the model fit index of .04 and .90. As a result of this study, appropriate psychological factors of cultural competence to be provided to university students were derived, and useful theoretical tools were suggested in university culture. The resulting theoretical tools would be an important theoretical basis for facilitating psychological analysis of students cultural competence in the future, and it is expected to contribute to the future-oriented life of college students by becoming a cornerstone of analyzing the capacity of the ongoing university culture.
