국내 작업치료 보호자 교육 연구에 대한 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 국내에서 실시된 작업치료 보호자 교육 연구에 대해 조사함으로써 체계적인 질환별⋅증 상별 보호자 교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 작업치료 보호자 교육이 적용된 연구들을 PICO(Patient, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome)형식에 따라 체계적으로 정리하였다. 연구결과: 논문의 질적 수준을 살펴본 결과, 대상논문 4편(100%) 모두가 근거수준 Ⅳ에 해당하였다. 연구대상 자를 유형별로 분석한 결과, 환자를 대상으로 한 연구가 2편(50%), 보호자와 치료사를 대상으로 한 연구가 각 1편(25%)을 차지하였다. 중재방법 사용빈도 분석 결과, 1편(25%)이 직접적인 보호자 대 상 교육을 제공하였고, 3편(75%)이 보호자 교육 요구도 조사를 실시하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 국내 작업치료 보호자 교육 연구가 아주 부족한 실정임을 알 수 있었다. 현재까지 실시한 다양한 보호자 교육 요구도 조사를 기초로 하여 서면자료, 동영상자료, 사진자료 등 다양한 매체를 활용한 효과적인 작업치료 보호자 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 향후 작업치료 보호자 교육 관련 정책마련 및 치료수가 개선 등과 같은 보다 구체적인 연구가 이루어져 야 할 것이며, 보호자 교육의 효과와 필요성에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data on the development of a systematic educational program for guardians of occupational therapy. Method: In order to investigate the current state of occupational therapists’ caregiver education in Korea by systematically organizing study cases in accordance with PICO(Patient, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) format. Result: As a result of examining the qualitative level of the thesis, all 4 papers(100%) corresponded to the ground level Ⅳ. As a result of analyzing the type of study subjects, two(50%) of the patients and one(25%) of the caregivers and the therapists were included in the study. One(25%) provided direct caregiver education, and three(75%) conducted a caregiver education needs survey. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an effective occupational therapists’s caregiver education program using various media such as written materials, video materials, and photographs based on the survey on the needs of various kinds of caregiver education conducted so far. In addition, if the institutional aspects such as the establishment of policies related to occupational therapists’s caregiver education and the improvement of the occupational therapy fees are improved, it will contribute to maximizing the efficiency of occupational therapy through more efficient caregiver education.
