국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가정 아동의 임파워먼트가 사회적 지지를 매개로 행복감에 영향을 미치는지를 구조방정식모형으로 검증하였다. 분석결과, 임파워먼트는 사회적 지지에 대해 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 지지는 행복감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 사회적 지지는 임파워먼트와 행복감 사이에서 완전매개변인으로 작동하는 것으로 나타났다. 임파워먼트를 강화함으로써 다문화가정 아동의 사회적 지지를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 사회적 지지의 향상은 다시 아동의 행복감을 증진시킬 수 있음을 의미한다. 이러한 결과는 아동의 행복감 연구에 있어서 ‘사회적 지지’의 효과에 관심을 갖게 하며, 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루질 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to somewhat contribute in increasing the children of multicultural families feeling of happiness through the theoretical model and verified with the structural equation modeling. The results from analyzing the data were as follows. It was found that the empowerment positively influenced on the social support, the social support positively influenced on the feeling of happiness and the social support worked as a complete parameter between the empowerment and feeling of happiness. The social support would be improved as enhancing the empowerment for the children of Multicultural families, it means that the enhancement of social support could improve the children’s feeling of happiness. Those results would interested in the effects of the social support in this study of children’s happiness and it would be indicative of the necessity of this study actively.
