국문 초록

본 연구는 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육 스트레스, 양육지식, 양육효능감의 전반적인 경향과 양육 스트레스, 양육지식, 양육효능감의 관계 및 영향은 어떠한지 알아보고, 이를 통하여 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육효능감을 향상시키기 위한 효율적인 방안을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018년 4월 7일부터 4월 19일까지 서울시에 소재한 국·공립 어린이집과 직장 어린이집의 영아기(만 1세, 만 2세) 자녀를 둔 어머니 200명을 대상으로 양육 스트레스, 양육지식, 양육효능감을 측정하는 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육 스트레스, 양육지식, 양육효능감의 전반적 경향을 살펴본 결과, 양육 스트레스, 양육지식, 양육효능감 모두 전반적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육 스트레스, 양육지식, 양육효능감과의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 양육 스트레스와 양육효능감 전체와 하위요소는 부적상관을 나타냈으며, 양육지식과 양육효능감 전체와 하위요소는 정적상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육 스트레스, 양육지식이 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 양육효능감 전체에서는 부모역할 스트레스와 양육지식이 영향을 주었다. 양육효능감의 하위요소별로는 전반적인 양육능력, 의사소통능력, 건강하게 양육하는 능력에는 부모역할 스트레스와 양육지식이 영향을 주었으며, 훈육능력에는 양육지식이, 학습지도능력에는 부모역할 스트레스가 영향을 주었다. 본 연구결과는 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육 스트레스를 감소시키고, 양육지식을 통해 양육효능감을 향상시킬 수 있도록 부모교육 및 부모상담 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate general tendency of parenting stress, parenting knowledge, and parenting self-efficacy of mothers of infants and a relationship between parenting stress, knowledge, and self-efficacy, as well as seek efficient ways to improve their parenting efficacy. The study conducted a survey between April 7, 2018 and April 19 in Seoul that included 200 mothers with infant. The results of the study are as follows: First, a study of the overall trend of parenting stress, knowledge, and self-efficacy among mothers with infant children showed that the overall parenting stress, knowledge, and self-efficacy were all high. Second, after looking at the relationship between parenting stress, knowledge, and self-efficacy of mothers with infant children, the whole relationship between parenting stress and child care was an amulet correlation. Third, in the study of the effects of parenting stress, knowledge on the ability of mothers with infant children, parental role stress and parenting knowledge were affected throughout the child care system. Subsection skills, communication skills, and the ability to raise children were affected by parental role and knowledge, and parenting skills were influenced by parental knowledge and teaching skills. The results of this study suggest that parents’ education and parental counseling programs are necessary to reduce the stress on the parenting of mothers with infant children and to enhance the efficacy of parenting through parenting knowledge.
