노인의 성생활, 성문제 실태와 해결방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 노인의 성생활, 성문제가 사회적으로 큰 이슈가 되고 있는 상황에서 이에 대한 체계적이고 전문적인 개입이 이루어지고 있지 못하다는 문제 의식하에, 현재 노인의 성생활, 성문제에 대한 실태 및 현황을 살펴보고, 이러한 노인의 성생활, 성문제와 관련하여 현재 추진되고 있는 정책 및 제도가 어떠한지를 검토하며, 향후 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 실질적인 대책을 마련함에 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 내용을 살펴보면, 노인의 성생활, 성문제 실태에 관한 기존 통계 및 논문자료를 토대로 살펴보았고, 노인의 성 관련 프로그램에 대한 자문을 구한 후 기존 자료를 토대로 살펴보았으며, 노인의 성 관련 정책 및 제도에 대한 기존 논문을 토대로 제시하엿다. 본 연구 결과, 노인은 성관계를 지속적으로 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 성관계는 1달에 2-3번 정도가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 성적 욕구 해결방법은 배우자와 성관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 노인의 황혼이혼이 증가하고 있는 추세를 나타내고 있고, 노인 성병 환자도 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 노인 성범죄, 성폭력, 성매매는 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 노인의 성생활 및 성문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하면, 첫째, 노인의 성에 대한 지식이 부족하다는 판단 아래, 노인 대상성 교육을 활성화 해야 한다. 둘째, 노인들이 노화에 따른 성기능 장애, 노년기 재혼, 이성교제 등에 관한 상담을 할 수 있는 전문상담기관의 설치 확대가 필요하다. 셋째, 노인의 성에 관한 종합적인 대책이 중앙정부 및 지방정부 차원에서 수립되어야 한다. 넷째, 노인의 성에 관한 전문적이고 체계적인 연구가 진행될 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 노인의 배우자 만족도가 낮기 때문에 노년기 부부 결혼만족도를 향상시킬 프로그램이 실시될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the present condition and current status of the sexual life and sexuality of the elderly under the consciousness that the systematic and professional intervention is not being performed in the situation that the sex life of the elderly is becoming a big issue in society. The purpose of this study is to examine the policies and systems currently being implemented in relation to sexual life and sexuality of these elderly people and to provide practical measures to solve these problems in the future. In the present study, we looked at existing statistics on sex life and sexuality in the elderly, and after consulting about sex - related programs of the elderly, Based on the existing paper on the system. As a result of this study, it was shown that the elderly maintains sexual intercourse continuously, sexual intercourse is most frequent about 2-3 times per month, and sexual intercourse resolution method has sexual intercourse with spouse. In addition, it shows that the twilight divorce of the elderly is increasing and the number of the sexually transmitted disease patients is also increasing. Sexual abuse of the elderly, sexual violence and prostitution are increasing steadily. Based on these results, suggestions for solving the sex life and sexual problems of the elderly are presented. First, it is necessary to revitalize the sexual education for the elderly under the judgment that the elderly have insufficient knowledge about sex. Second, it is necessary to expand the establishment of specialized counseling institutions for the elderly to consult about sexual dysfunction due to aging, remarriage in the old age and religion. Third, comprehensive measures for the sex of the elderly should be established at the central government and local government level. Fourth, professional and systematic research on the sex of the elderly needs to be conducted. Fifth, because the elderly s spouse satisfaction is low, it is necessary to implement a program to improve the marital satisfaction of the elderly couple.
