국문 초록

본 연구는 미술치료사가 지각한 내담자의 저항과 작업동맹의 관계에서 역전이 관리 능력의 매개효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 1년 이상 미술치료를 실시하고 있는 미술치료사 141명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 내담자 치료저항 척도, 역전이 관리 능력 척도, 작업동맹 척도를 사용하였다. 수집한 자료는 변인들 간의 기술통계, 적률상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 내담자의 저항과 작업동맹 관계에서 미술치료사의 역전이 관리 능력의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하고, 매개효과에 대한 유의도 검증을 위해 Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료사가 지각한 내담자 저항과 역전이 관리 능력, 내담자 저항과 작업동맹은 유의한 부적 상관이 있으며, 미술치료사의 역전이 관리 능력과 작업동맹은 유의한 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 내담자 저항의 하위 영역 중 자기개방 회피가 작업동맹에 중요한 요인으로 작용하였다. 셋째, 미술치료사의 역전이 관리 능력의 하위 영역 중 내담자에 대한 객관적 이해가 작업동맹에 중요한 요인으로 작용하였다. 넷째, 미술치료사의 역전이 관리 능력은 내담자 저항과 작업동맹 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediation effect of the art therapist s countertransference management on the relationship between client resistance and working alliance perceived by art therapists. This study was conducted with a total of 141 art therapists who had been practicing art therapy for more than one year. The research tools used were the client resistance scale, countertransference scale, and working alliance scale. The data was analyzed Pearson s correlation analysis, regression analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis and the Sobel test were conducted. The results of this study are as follows: First, there was a significant negative correlation between client resistance and the art therapist s counter-transference management ability and between client resistance and working alliance, while ta significant positive correlation existed between the art therapist s countertransference management ability and working alliance. Second, among the sub-domains of client resistance, self-disclosure avoidance was an important factor in working alliance. Third, among the sub-domains of countertransference management ability of the art therapist, an objective understanding of the client was identified as an important factor in working alliance. Fourth, the art therapist s countertransference management ability was found to have a partial mediation effect on the client resistance and working alliance.
