국문 초록

본 연구는 행동경제학 의 원리를 적용하여 교사-학부모 의사소통의 실제와 개선방향을 탐색하고자 한다. 교육공동체의 가치실현과 교육적 성장이라는 규범 하에 개인적 이해관계와 제한된 합리성을 가진 교사-학부모의 실제 의사소통 과정을 탐색하여, 그 기능을 극대화하고 실천적 대안을 모색하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 현직 초등학교 담임교사와 해당 학급의 학부모를 대상으로 한 학기 이상의 시간에 걸쳐 심층면담 방법으로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 교육적 성과를 만들어낼 수 있는 파트너십이 필요하다. 둘째, 학부모의 다양한 생태계 맥락을 고려해야 한다. 셋째, 학부모 사회화에 대한 성찰이 요청된다. 넷째, 교사-학부모 의사소통 매개에 경각심이 필요하다. 정책적 과제를 제언하면 첫째, 교사교육 프로그램에 학부모 관련 코스가 개설되어야 한다. 둘째, 부정적 교육경험의 회복 프로그램이 요청된다. 셋째, 학부모의 학교교육 개입 역할발굴이 시급하다. 넷째, 학부모 교육에 맞춤형 개입주의가 요청된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the practicality and improvement of communication between teachers and parents by applying the principle of ‘behavioral economics’. The purpose of this study is to explore the actual communication processes of teachers and parents with personal interests and bounded rationality under the rules of value realization and educational growth of the educational community to maximize their functions and explore practical alternatives. To that end, the interviews were conducted over a period of more than a semester for current primary school teachers and parents of the corresponding classes. The main results of this study, first of all, require partnerships to produce educational outcomes together. Second, parents should consider various ecological contexts. Third, parents are asked to reflect on their socialization. Fourth, attention needs to be paid to the medium of communication between teachers and parents.
