국문 초록

본 연구는 뇌성마비자녀 부모의 양육스트레스에 해결중심사고와 가족탄력성이 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 충청, 호남권에 위치한 병원, 복지관, 센터에서 재활치료를 받는 만 12세 이하의 뇌성마비자녀를 둔 부모 100명이었다. 자료분석으로 해결중심사고와 가족탄력성이 양육스트레스에 미치는 상대적 영향을 알아보기 위해 Pearson의 상관관계 분석으로 각각의 상관관계를 확인한 뒤, 연구대상의 인구사회학적 특성을 통제하는 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 양육스트레스는 전문적 개입이 필요할 정도로 높은 수준이였고, 부모는 보통 수준보다 더 많이 해결중심적으로 사고하고 있었으며, 보통보다 약간 높은 수준의 가족탄력성을 갖고 있었다. 둘째, 해결중심사고와 가족탄력성성은 뇌성마비자녀 부모의 양육스트레스에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 뇌성마비자녀 부모의 양육스트레스에 대해 가족탄력성이 해결중심사고보다 상대적으로 더 영향력이 높았다. 결론적으로 뇌성마비자녀 부모의 양육스트레스를 낮추기 위해서는 해결 중심적 사고를 많이 하고 가족탄력성을 높이는 목적으로 중재가 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

This study is to evaluate the influence of solution-focused thinking and family resilience on parenting stress of parents of a child having cerebral palsy. The subjects were 100 parents of a child having cerebral palsy under 12 years old who has rehabilitated at hospitals, welfare centers and centers located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong and Honam Area. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson s correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression controlling socio-economic status. As a result, first, Parenting stress of parents of a child having cerebral palsy was so high that professional intervention was needed, solution-focused thinking was slightly above average, and family resilience was also slightly above average. Second, solution-focused thinking and family resilience affected negatively on their parenting stress. Third, family resilience was more influential than solution-focused thinking on parenting stress of parents of a child having cerebral palsy. In conclusion, in order to lower the parenting stress of parents of a child having cerebral palsy, interventions should be conducted for the purpose of increasing solution-focused thinking and increasing family resilience.
