국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 작업치료사의 작업치료 실행체계(OTPF)의 투약계획 인식 조사를 통해 파악한 관련 교육의 역할과 필요성을 바탕으로 작업치료사의 투약계획에 대한 연구의 기초자료로 사용하고자 하는 것이다. 서울 및 경기 지역의 작업치료사 89명을 대상으로 작업치료 실행체계(OTPF)의 투약계획 교육에 대한 작업치료사의 인식에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문에 참여한 작업치료사들의 일반적 특성과 작업 치료 실행체계(OTPF)의 투약계획 교육 인식에 대한 모든 항목은 빈도 분석을 실시하였다. 잠재적인 약물 부작용이 일상생활에서 작업치료 성과에 영향을 미치는 것에 작업치료사가 인식하고 있는 비율이 높았으나, 투약 지도에 관한 내용에 대한 작업치료사의 인식은 제한적인 것으로 나타 났다. 노인을 위해 작업치료사가 투약계획 교육을 하는 것에 대해 50명(56.2%)이 매우 그렇다라고 하였으며, 투약계획 교육에 대해 추후 들을 의향이 있다는 답변에 53명(58.7%)이 응답하였다. 본 연구는 작업치료 실행체계(OTPF)의 투약계획 교육에 대한 작업치료사들의 관심과 역할에 대한 기초자료로서 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 작업치료사의 교육과 인식개선에 도움을 주어 향후 작업치료서비스 제공에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study is purposed to be used as a basic material of occupational therapists studying meditating-plan, based on the role and necessity of related training which are figured out from medicating-plan recognition survey in OTPF. Method : A questionnaire survey was conducted on 89 occupational therapists in Seoul and Kyunggi area to evaluate occupational therapists perceptions of OTPF medication routines education. All items of OTPF medication routines education recognition and the general characteristics of occupational therapists participating in the questionnaire were analyzed. Result : The rate at which occupational therapists were better aware of the potential side effects of occupational therapy outcomes in their daily lives, but occupational therapists perceptions of drug therapy were limited. 50 people(56.2%) answered very affirmatively to the medicating-plan training for the elderly, and 53 people(58.7%) responded that they would like to participate the medicating-plan training education. Conclusion : The redults of this study can be presented as a basic data on the interest and role of occupational therapists in OTPF medication routines education. In addition, it will help the occupational therapist to improve education and awareness, which will help provide future occupational therapy services.
