구조적 가족치료이론의 한국가족복지실천적용에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 구조적가족치료 이론을 통하여 한국가족복지실천적용의 특징과 가족이 지닌 문제들을 살펴보았다. 이들의 문제를 구조적 가족치료의 시각으로 조명하고, 치료이론의 공과를 검토하였으며 이를 통하여 가족복지실천의 해결 가능성을 찾아보았다. 가정정책은 사회적상황의 중요성과 복지 클라이언트의 수요와 욕구에 따른 국가 중장기플랜을 통 해 이루어져야 한다. 정부의 주요과제에서 정책의 방향을 설정하여야 한다. 아울러 이를 위한 예산의 확보와 행정시스템을 통해 효율적 집행이 이루어져야 한다. 또한 정책집행시 발생하는 여러 문제와 행정부재에 대해 충분한 피드백과 상담치료의 노력이 이루어져야 한다. 구조적 가족치료 이론은 일반 체계이론을 근거로 해서 형성된 것으로 가족의 구조와 하위 체계, 그리고 경계선을 중요시한다. 이 이론은 개인의 문제를 가족 전체의 문제로 보고 역기능적 가족구조 를 재구조화 하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 구조적가족치료의 특징을 통해 가족복지실천과 가족치료시스템이 정착될 수 있다면 매우 의미가 클 것이다. 다만 사회복지 환경의 대상과 문제가 각각 다른 점, 실천성 유무와 개인차라는 제한점은 극복해야 할 과제이다.

영문 초록

This study were investigated on characteristics of Korea family welfare practice application and family issues through structural family therapy theory. In addition, These problems was illuminated from the perspective of structural family therapy, review the lessons of treatment theory, and looked the possibility of resolving family welfare practice. Family policy, rather than the problem itself, the lighting conditions and the importance of social welfare in accordance with the client's needs and desires should be done through a national long-term plan. The main challenge in the pursuit of the government's agenda to set the direction of policy in the budget for the security of the system through the effective enforcement and administration what is more important. Structural family therapy based on the theory of general systems theory and the family structure and sub-systems to be formed, and the border is important. The structural characteristics of family therapy family welfare through the development of family therapy and short-term treatment of these non-effective family therapy can be settled if the system is large, very meaningful. However, the target environment and social welfare issues and practice power is different depending on the presence or absence of each, considering the limitations of personality due to the limits of social work practice that has overcome the challenges to be judged.
