수업성숙도를 통한 성찰협력과정에 대한 실행연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 교사 스스로 자신의 수업을 개선하는 하나의 전략으로서 수업성숙도 검사를 활용한 순환 적 성찰협력 모형을 실제 수업에 적용해 보면서 그것이 타당한 것인지 살펴보고 순환적 성찰협력모 형을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 수업성숙의 개념을 도출하고 수업성숙도의 의미와 특징 을 다섯 가지 핵심 척도로 나누어 탐색하였으며 성찰협력과정의 순환 모형을 수업형성, 수업반영, 수업관찰, 수업성장의 4단계로 구안하여 제시하였다. 이러한 순환 모형을 적용한 성찰협력과정의 사 례를 통해서 수업성숙도의 검사-반영-재검사 절차가 교사의 수업성장에 의미 있게 반영되는지 검토 하였다. 또한 수업성숙도의 다섯 가지 핵심척도(수업다양성, 수업명료성, 수업몰입성, 수업효과성, 수 업성공률)가 성찰협력과정에 효과적으로 적용되는지 분석하였다. 성찰협력과정의 순환 모형은 교사 학습공동체에 참여한 교사들을 대상으로 한 학기 동안 실행한 결과 협력적 수업전문성 향상에 크게 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 수업형성 단계에서 교사들의 일상적인 수업계획 및 실행이 수업 성숙도 검사를 통해 의미 있는 수업성찰 및 분석으로 이어졌고, 수업반영 단계에서 수업성숙도의 핵 심척도별 점검사항에 대한 반영을 통해 동료교사의 수업코칭 및 협력활동이 활성화되었으며, 수업관 찰 단계에서 수업성숙도 재검사를 통해 수업재구성 및 반영이 이루어졌다. 즉, 교실 상황에 따라 수 업형성, 수업반영, 수업관찰 단계를 순환？반복하며 궁극적으로 교사의 수업성장을 모색하게 되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 연구결과를 토대로 수업자의 성찰과 참관자의 협력을 이끄는 성찰협력과정을 보다 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 개선방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to run a circulation model of the collaborative process of reflection utilizing an instructional expertise test as a measure for the improvement of teachers’ instructional expertise in the actual classroom instruction and analyze the case. For this purpose, this study drew the concept of the instructional maturation, explored the meaning and characteristics of instructional maturity, dividing it into five key scales and presented a circulation model of the collaborative process of reflection drawing up it with four steps: class formation, class reflection, classroom observation and instructional growth. Through the case of the collaborative process of reflection applying this circulation model, this study examined whether the procedures of the test-reflection-reexamination of instructional maturity were reflected meaningfully in the teachers’ instructional growth. In addition, this study analyzed whether the five key scales of instructional maturity (the diversity, clarity, immersion, effectiveness and success rate of class) would be effectively applied to the collaborative process of reflection. As a result of an execution of the circulation model of the collaborative process of reflection with teachers who participated in a teacher learning community for one semester, it greatly helps improve their collaborative instructional expertise. In particular, in the step of class formation, teacher's routine class plan and execution led to the meaningful reflection and analysis of class through an instructional maturity test; and in the step of class reflection, through the reflection of checkpoint by each key scale of instructional maturity, fellow teachers’ instructional coaching and cooperation activity were vitalized; and in the step of classroom observation, through reexamination of instructional maturity, class reconstruction and reflection were achieved.
