국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 인터넷 과다사용 초등학생들의 인터넷 중독경향 감소와 사회기술 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 체계적 상담프로그램 개발 모형에 따라 사회기술 향상 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고, 전문가 자문과 예비실시를 통해 프로그램을 수정했다. 프로그램은 총 9회기로 구성되었으며, 인터넷 과다사용 초등학생의 사회기술 향상을 위해 필요하다고 여겨지는 자기통제력과 대인관계 기술, 의사소통능력의 향상을 주 내용으로 구안 하였다. 구안된 프로그램을 인터넷 과다사용 초등학생들에게 실시한 결과, 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단과 통제집단 간에 인터넷 중독과 사회기술 점수에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 내용분석에서도 실험 참가자들이 프로그램의 효과에 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 이 연구는 인터넷 중독과 사회적 능력의 관련성을 바탕으로 인터넷 과다사용 초등학생의 사회적 능력 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발했다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a group counseling program for reducing the internet addiction and improving social skills of internet overusing elementary school students. To accomplish this purpose, through reviewing the literature, the factors of the program were extracted. Also the program was constructed following the systematic counseling program development model. And the program was corrected basing on professionals' consultation. The program constructed by this process was consisted of 9 sessions including activities for improving the social skills, self-regulation, interpersonal relationship skills, and communication skills of the internet overusing children. As a result of applying this program to internet overusing elementary school students, it showed that the experimental group was reduced degree of internet addiction and improved social skills compared with the control group. This study was meaningful in that the program was developed for improving social skills of internet overusing elementary school students based on exploring the relationships of internet ddictions and social competence.
