청각장애학교 교사의 교육과정, 수업, 개별화교육계획의 구조 관계 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 청각장애학교 교사가 인식하는 교육과정, 수업, 그리고 개별화교육계획의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 조사연구로 수행되었다. 전국의 청각장애학교 교사 310명의 자료를 분석하여 구조방정식 모델링을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 청각장애학교 교사가 인식하는 교육과정과 수업의 연계는 조건부 수용으로 나타났다. 첫째, 청각장애학교 교사가 인식하는 교육과정과 개별화교육계획의 연계구조는 조건부로 수락되었다. 둘째, 교육과정이 수업을 매개하여 개별화교육계획으로 연계되는 구조로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육과정이 수업으로 연계될 때, 직접 효과만이 수용되었고, 간접효과는 기각되었다. 넷째, 교육과정이 개별화교육계획으로 연계될 때, 직접 및 간접효과가 함께 나타났다. 결론적으로 청각장애학교 교사는 교육과정의 특성과 내용이 청각장애학생과 부합되는 영역이 많을수록 수업과 개별화교육계획은 교육과정 중심으로 수행되지만, 그렇지 않을 경우는 청각장애학생의 특성이 고려된 수업과 개별화교육계획이 우선되는 구조이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between curriculum, class, and individualized education plan recognized by the hearing impaired school teacher. The data of 310 teachers of hearing impaired schools in Korea were analyzed and structural equation modeling was applied. The results of the study were that: (a) the linkage between curriculum and instruction recognized by the hearing impaired school teachers appeared to be conditional acceptance; (b) the linkage between the curriculum recognized by the hearing impaired school teachers and the individualized education plan was conditionally accepted; (c) the curriculum was linked to the individualized education plan through mediation; (d) when the curriculum was linked to the class, only the direct effect was accepted and the indirect effect was rejected. and (e) when the curriculum was linked to the individualized education plan, it had both direct and indirect effects. This study concluded that the hearing impaired school teachers are more likely to be more involved with the hearing impaired students when the characteristics and contents of the curriculum are more compatible with the curriculum, Educational planning is a priority structure.
