아동이 지각한 가족건강성과 자아탄력성 간의 관계에서 적응유연성의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 아동의 자아탄력성과 가족건강성 및 적응유연성의 관계를 구조모형을 통해 살펴보는데 있고, 자아탄력성에 대한 가족건강성의 관계에서 적응유연성의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구에는 임의표집된 초등학교 고학년 학생 대상으로 528명 참여하였다. 설문조사를 통한자료의 분석 결과는 아동이 지각한 가족건강성과 자아탄력성 및 적응유연성의 세 변인은 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 아동이 지각한 가족건강성과 자아탄력성간의 매개변인으로 적응유연성은 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있어 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 아동의 개인 내적으로 작용하는 자아탄력성 증진을 위해서는 일차적으로 가족의 건강성과 적응유연성의 확장된 개입의 필요성이다. 더불어 상담이나 교육적 개입 등을 통해 적용 및 활용 가능한 적응유연성의 향상과 학부모교육을 연계한 가정교육 방안 등이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between ego - resilience, family health, and adaptive flexibility of children through structural modeling and to identify mediating effects of adaptive flexibility in the relationship between ego - resilience and family health. In the study, 528 elementary school students were selected as random sampling. The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the children s perceived family health, ego - resilience, and adaptive flexibility were all significantly correlated. The mediation effects of adaptive flexibility was found to be mediating between the perceived family health and ego - resilience of children. The results of this study are summarized as follows. As a result the need for extended intervention of the family s health and adaptive flexibility for the improvement of the ego-resilience of the child. In addition, improvement of adaptability and adaptability through counseling and educational intervention were discussed, and home education programs linked parent education were discussed.
