국문 초록

군산부근 해역의 해양생산력을 파악하는 기초자료를 얻기 위한 일환으로 1991년 10월부터 1992년 2월까지 격월간격으로 조사해역의 chlorophyll-a와 식물플랑크톤의 분포에 대해서 조사하였다. 조사기간 동안 chlorophyll-a의 농도는 0.43~2.45mg/㎥(평균, 1.44mg/㎥)의 변화폭을 보여, 비교적 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 조사기간 동안 식물플랑크톤은 규조류 85종을 포함한 총 97종이 출현하며, 규조류가 그 대부분을 차지하였다. 출현한 종 중에서 우점종은 Chaetoceros socialis, Eucampia zodiacus, Meiosira moniliformis, Paralia sulcata 및 Skeletonema costatum 등이었다. 식물플랑크톤의 현존량 분포는 241,460~1,582,520cells/l의 범위를 보였고, 건중량으로 본 식물플랑크톤의 현존량 분포는 0.198~1.298g dry wt/'㎥의 범위를 나타내었다.

영문 초록

In order to get the basal data of primary productivity, the studies on the distribution or chlorophyll-a and phytoplankton in the vicinity of Kunsan sea area were carried out from October 1991 to February 1992 every other month. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was in the range of 0.43 to 2.45mg/㎥(average, 1.44mg/㎥), That was relatively low value. A total of 97 phytoplankton taxa including 85 diatoms were identified from all samples collected. Dominant species were Chaetoceros socialis, Eucampia zodiacus, Meiosira moniliformis, Paralia sulcata and Skeletonema costatum. The total standing crop of phyto-plankton. samples was 241,460-1,562,520cells/l. The dry weight of phytoplankton samples was 0.198~1.298g dry wt./㎥.
