영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the married women's economic contribution on the household. Data were taken the national survey of Bureau of Korean Statistics and 1456 urban households were analyzed in this study. Findings indicate that 31% of sample married women had their own earned income and a women's income was 29% of the total household income and 76% of householder's income on the average. The Magnitude of women's income and the ratio of a women's income to the total household income and householder's income were positively correlated with women's education level.
