창업지원정책이 창업만족에 미치는 영향: 창업성과 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

기술 창업은 혁신적인 아이디어와 기술을 바탕으로 새로운 시장을 창출하고, 기존 산업의 경쟁력을 강화하며, 양질의 일자리를 만들어 내는 등 한 나라의 경제성장에 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 세계 각국은 기술창업을 장려하기 위하여 여러 가지 지원정책을 펼치고 있다. 한국에서도 기술창업을 지원하기 위하여 다양한 지원정책을 펼치고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 기술창업 지원 정책을 통해 지원을 받은 기업인들을 대상으로 창업지원정책이 창업역량과 창업만족에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하고, 창업지원정책이 창업만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 창업역량의 매개효과를 조사하였다. 창업지원정책의 하위요인을 대상으로 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 기술사업화지원만 정(+)의 영향을 미쳐 창업만족은 기술사업화지원이 가장 효율적인 지원방식이라는 것이 밝혀졌다. 창업지원정책이 창업역량에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창업지원정책의 하위요인으로 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 경험역량 에는 기술사업화지원만 정(+) 의 효과가 있었으며, 마케팅역량에는 창업자금지원만 정(+)의 효과가 있었다. 창업역량은 창업만족에 대해서도 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인의 경우에는 마케팅역량만 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창업지원정책이 창업만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 창업역량의 매개효과는 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창업만족에는 창업역량이 완전매개효과를 나타내었다.

영문 초록

Technological entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in a nation’s economic growth by creating new markets based on innovative ideas and technologies, enhancing the competitiveness of existing industries, and generating quality employment. Consequently, countries worldwide implement various support policies to encourage technological entrepreneurship. In South Korea, diverse support policies are also in place. This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurial support policies on entrepreneurial capabilities and satisfaction among entrepreneurs who have received support, and examines the mediating effect of entrepreneurial capabilities on the relationship between support policies and satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis of the sub-factors of entrepreneurial support policies revealed that only technology commercialization support had a positive effect on entrepreneurial satisfaction, indicating that this is the most efficient form of support. Entrepreneurial support policies were found to have a positive impact on entrepreneurial capabilities. Further multiple regression analysis of the sub-factors showed that only technology commercialization support positively affected experiential capabilities, while only entrepreneurial funding support positively affected marketing capabilities. Entrepreneurial capabilities also positively influenced entrepreneurial satisfaction, with marketing capabilities being the only positively influential sub-factor. The mediating effect of entrepreneurial capabilities on the relationship between support policies and satisfaction was found to be a complete mediation. Entrepreneurial capabilities fully mediated the effect on entrepreneurial satisfaction.
