스마트 서비스 개발에 관한 연구 : 유니버설디자인을 기반으로

국문 초록

최근 고령화, 청년 취업률 개선에 따른 점포 일손 부족, ICT 등 첨단기술 발전으로 스마트 서비스에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 특히 지난 2019년 코로나19 확산으로 인해 비대면 수요가 증가하면서 무인점포 관련 시장은 세계적으로 확장되었다. 다양한 산업에서 인건비 절감과 24시간 고객 대응이라는 편의를 제공하는 도구로 무인점포와 무인 키오스크가 확장되고 있으나, 디지털 약자나 사회적 약자에 대한 배려를 위한 유니버설디자인 적용은 아직 미비한 실정이다. 이 연구는 유니버설 디자인 원칙에 기반한 스마트 서비스의 평가 기준을 설정하고, 이를 바탕으로 서비스를 개발하는 것을 목표로 진행되었다. 연구 결과로 유니버설 디자인의 7가지 원칙에 따라 총 29개의 평가항목을 도출했으며, 이를 기반으로 서비스 개발을 진행하였다. 또한, 전문가들의 유니버설 디자인에 대한 만족도 조사를 진행하여, 유니버설 디자인 기반의 스마트 서비스 개발을 위한 평가항목과 서비스 디자인 프로세스를 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 사용자 중심 리빙랩을 구축하는 데 필요한 기반을 마련하였다. 앞으로의 연구에서는 다양한 환경에서의 관찰조사와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 사용 시 발생할 수 있는 다양한 변수를 다각도로 측정하고, 그에 따른 개선점을 도출할 예정이다.

영문 초록

Recently, interest in smart services is increasing as the aging population, the shortage of store workers due to improved youth employment rates, and the development of cutting-edge technologies such as ICT have made widespread use of technology possible. In particular, as non-face-to-face demand increased due to the spread of COVID-19 in 2019, the unmanned store-related market expanded globally. In various industries, unmanned stores and unmanned kiosks are expanding as tools to reduce labor costs and provide convenience of 24-hour customer service, but the application of universal design to consider the digitally disadvantaged and the socially disadvantaged is still insufficient. The purpose of this study was to derive evaluation items for developing smart services based on universal design and to develop services accordingly. The research results investigated a total of 29 evaluation items based on 7 universal design items, the resulting service development, and stakeholders' satisfaction with universal design. Through this study, the evaluation items and service design process for developing smart services based on universal design were confirmed, thereby laying the foundation for future living labs targeting users. In future research, by conducting observational surveys and in-depth interviews in various environments, it will be possible to additionally measure various indoor and outdoor variables that may occur during use from various angles and derive improvements accordingly.
