국문 초록
Purpose - The article aims to explore the research on the optimization path of industrial chain and supply chain in Shandong Province under the background of RCEP.
Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on the analysis of the current situation, existing problems, and influencing factors of the development of the industrial chain and supply chain in Shandong Province, and using Stata17 for analysis, the relationship between the industrial chain and supply chain in Shandong Province from 2018 to 2022 was studied, and it was found that RCEP had a significant impact on the industrial chain and supply chain before and after its implementation. Finally, suggestions were put forward to address the existing problems in Shandong Province.
Findings - Research has found that RCEP plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the optimization of the industrial and supply chains in Shandong Province. Whether it is the development of the industrial chain or the improvement of the level of supply chain development, it cannot be achieved without the driving force of Shandong Province’s own development. However, the synergy between the two still needs to be strengthened.
Research Implications - In the management of this article, this study is of great significance for the theoretical research and policy practice of industrial chain and supply chain optimization in various regions of China and even Shandong Province, and provides reference for the optimization and development of other provinces.
