국문 초록

본 연구는 풋살장 시설의 물리적 환경이 고객만족 및 재방문 의사에 어떠한 영향을 살펴보고자2022년 5월 29일부터 2023년 10월 28일까지 풋살장 30곳을 이용자를 설정한 후 335명을 유효 표본으로선정하여 결과 분석에 이용했다. 자료처리는 SPSS(ver. 25.0) 프로그램을 활용했다. 연구 결과 첫째, 인구통계학 특성에 따른 차이 검증 결과, 성별, 연령, 이용횟수에서 통계적으로 부분적 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 운동경력은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 풋살장 시설의 물리적 환경이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 시설 환경, 공간성, 편의성 순으로 고객만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 풋살장 시설의 고객만족이 재방문 의사에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 미치는것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 풋살장 시설의 물리적 환경 4개의 하위요인 중 시설 환경, 공간성, 편의성 순으로재방문 의사에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In this study, in order to examine the effect of the physical environment of the futsal field facility on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, 30 futsal fields were set up from May 29, 2022 to October 28, 2023, and 335 people were selected as effective samples and used for result analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver. 25.0) program. As a result of verifying the difference according to demographic characteristics, first, as a result of the study, statistically significant differences were found in gender, age, and number of uses, and there was no statistically significant difference in exercise experience. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of the physical environment of the futsal field facility on customer satisfaction, it was found that there was a statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction in the order of facility environment, space, and convenience. Third, it was found that customer satisfaction at the futsal field facility had a statistically significant effect on the intention to revisit. Fourth, among the four sub-factors of the physical environment of the futsal field facility, it was found that there was a statistically significant effect on the intention to revisit in the order of facility environment, space, and convenience.
