국문 초록

A 57-year-old Asian male got crushed by motor vehicle while crossing the street. While evaluating traumatic event including MRI, we found myelopathy involving the whole spinal cord and suspected acute disseminated encephalomyelitis(ADEM). This case report brings curiosity to the unsolved relationship between traumatic events and ADEM. And this is also the first post-traumatic ADEM case in spinal cord.
