비폭력대화(NVC)의 교육적 활용에 대한 국내 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내에서 수행된 비폭력대화(NVC)의 교육적 활용에 관한 연구를 분석하여, 지금까지의 연구 경향을 파악하고 앞으로의 방향성을 제시하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2005년부터 2023년까지 최근 16년간 국내 학술지를 수집하여 총 23편을 분석하였다. 기본적으로 전체 분석대상 문헌의 연구 시기, 학술지 동향, 주제어, 연구주제(연구대상, 비폭력대화가 활용된 교육의 주제), 연구방법을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비폭력대화의 교육적 활용에 관한 연구는 최근 10년 동안 그 연구의 수가 크게 증가하였다. 둘째, 게재된 학술지의 학문 분야는 교육학이 가장 많았고, 그 외 사회과학, 공학, 인문학, 간호학 등 다양한 분야의 학술지에 고루 분포되어 있었다. 셋째, 주제어는 공감 관련 주제어와 대인관계 관련 주제어가 가장 자주 등장했다. 넷째, 연구대상은 대학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으나, 간호사, 청소년, 조현병 환자, 소년수형수 등 의사소통능력이 중요시되는 직업이거나, 사회적으로 고립된 대상을 다루는 연구가 눈에 띄었다. 그리고 비폭력대화 프로그램은 그 자체로 활용된 경우가 가장 많았으나, 다문화 교육, 통일 교육, 성교육 등 다양한 주제와 융합되어 활용되고 있었다. 다섯째, 연구방법은 프로그램 개발 연구가 가장 많았고, 다음은 집단을 대상으로 실험연구를 진행한 후 효과성을 분석하는 경우가 뒤를 이었다. 이와같은 내용을 바탕으로 시사점과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze research on the educational use of non-violence communication (NVC) conducted in Korea, to identify research trends so far, and to suggest future directions. To this end, a total of 23 articles were analyzed by collecting domestic journals for the last 16 years from 2005 to 2023. Basically, the research period, journal trend, subject word, research topic (research subject, subject of education using non-violence communication), and research method of the entire literature to be analyzed were analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. First, the number of studies on the educational use of non-violence communication has increased significantly in the last 10 years. Second, pedagogy was the most common academic field of published journals, and it was evenly distributed in various other fields such as social science, engineering, humanities, and nursing. Third, as for the subject words, keywords related to empathy and interpersonal relations appeared most often. Fourth, the most common research subjects were college students, but studies dealing with occupations or socially isolated subjects such as nurses, adolescents, schizophrenia patients, and juvenile prisoners were noticeable. In addition, non-violence communication programs were most often used by themselves, but they were being used in fusion with various topics such as multicultural education, unification education, and sex education. Fifth, program development research was the most common research method, followed by experimental research on the group and then analysis of effectiveness. Based on these contents, implications and future research directions were presented.
