사회복지사의 회복탄력성에 관한 통합적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 국내 학술지를 중심으로 사회복지사의 회복탄력성에 관한 연구의 통합적 문헌고찰을 실시하여, 향후 연구 방향에 대한 제언 및 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 두 가지 연구문제를 수립하였다. 첫째, 국내 학술지에 게재된 사회복지사를 대상으로 한 회복탄력성 연구의 특성(키워드, 측정 도구, 연구방법)은 어떠한가? 둘째, 국내 학술지에 게재된 사회복지사를 대상으로 한회복탄력성 연구에서 회복탄력성과 연구 변인 간의 관계는 어떠한가? 이를 위해 Torraco(2005, 2016)의 통합적 문헌고찰 방법에 따라 ‘사회복지사’와 ‘회복탄력성’ 키워드를 포함하는 국내 학술지에 게재된 연구 논문을 검색하였고, 목적에 부합되는 21편의 논문을 최종적으로 선정하여 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지사의 회복탄력성에 관한 연구의 주된 키워드는 직무소진, 직무만족, 감정노동 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 회복탄력성은 매개변인으로 가장 많이 사용되었고, 이 경우 독립변인으로 사용된 변인은 직무와 관련된 부정적 경험/감정 관련 변인, 조직내 리더/동료의 태도 관련 변인에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구 제안을 포함한 시사점을 기술하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present suggestions and implications for future research directions by conducting an integrated literature review of research on the resilience of social workers, focusing on domestic journals. To this end, two research problems were established. First, what are the characteristics (keywords, measurement tools, research methods) of resilience research for social workers published in domestic journals? Second, what is the relationship between resilience and research variables in resilience studies for social workers published in domestic journals? To this end, according to the integrated literature review method of Tarraco (2005, 2016), research papers published in domestic journals including the keywords 'social worker' and 'resilience' were searched, and 21 papers that met the purpose were finally lyrical and used for analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, the main keywords for research on the resilience of social workers were job burnout, job satisfaction, and emotional labor in order. Second, the resilience of social workers was most often used as a mediating variable, and in this case, it was found that the variables used as independent variables were affected by variables related to negative experiences/emotion related to jobs and variables related to the attitudes of leaders/colleagues in the organization. Based on these findings, implications, including future research proposals, were described.
