사례관리 전문성을 위한 복지관 환경 및 조직몰입에 관한 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 사례관리 전문성 증진을 위한 목적으로 복지관 환경과 조직몰입이 미치는 영향을 검증하는 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 3종 복지관(장애인, 노인, 종합사회복지관) 사례관리자를 대상으로 하였으며, 2021년 6월부터 60일간 설문조사를 실시하고 300명의 응답결과를 중심으로 SPSS WIN 26.0과 Amos 26.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 복지관의 조직환경은 사례전문성에 직접적인 영향은 없었다(ß=-.134). 둘째, 복지관의 조직환경이 사례관리자의 조직몰입에 영향이 있었다(ß=.896). 셋째, 조직몰입은 사례전문성에 영향이 있었다(ß=.984). 마지막으로 조직환경은 조직몰입을 완전매개하여 사례관리 전문성에 영향이 있었다(ß=.882). 본 연구는 사례관리 전문성에 미치는 영향으로 조직환경과 조직몰입의 효과를 검증하면서 사회복지 현장의 실천적 방향을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the welfare center environment and organizational commitment for the purpose of enhancing case management expertise. The subjects of this study were case managers of the three types of welfare centers (the disabled, the elderly, and general social welfare centers), and from June 2021, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 60 days and analyzed using SPSS WIN 26.0 and Amos 26.0, focusing on the response results of 300 people. As a result of the study, first, the organizational environment of the welfare center did not directly affect case expertise (ß=-.134). Second, the organizational environment of the welfare center affected the case manager's organizational commitment (ß=.896). Third, organizational commitment affected case expertise (ß=.984). Finally, the organizational environment completely mediated the organizational commitment to affect the case management expertise (ß=.882). This study is meaningful in that it suggested the practical direction of the social welfare field while verifying the effect of the organizational environment and organizational commitment as an effect on case management expertise.
