평생과정설계 아카데미가 청소년의 자립 의지에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 자립의지 향상을 목적으로 평생과정설계 아카데미를 진행하고 효과성을 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 서울시 노원구에 위치한 마들종합사회복지관 권역청소년을 대상으로 하였고, 2023년 6월 23일부터 2023년 8월 5일까지 총 10회기 평생과정설계 아카데미에 참여한 8명을 중심으로 효과성을 분석하였다. 분석은 자립의지 척도를 요인분석으로 자신감과 노력으로 구분하고(KMO=.585, X²=21.368), F. Wilcoxon에 의해 제안된 비모수 통계검정으로 사전-사후 검사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 자신감의 변화는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았고(z=-.816, p>.05), 둘째, 노력의 변화는 통계적으로 유의미하였다(z=-1.957, p<.05). 본 연구는 청소년의 자립의지에 영향을 미치는 평생과정설계 아카데미의 효과성을 검증함으로써 청소년의 자립의지를 높이고 자립을 도모하는 평생과정설계의 방향성을 제시하는 것에 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the Permanency Process Planning Academy for the purpose of improving the willingness of teenagers. This study was conducted on teenagers in the area of the Madeul Community Social Welfare Center located in Nowon-gu, Seoul, and focused on 8 people who participated in a total of 10 sessions of the Permanency Process Planning Academy from June 23, 2023 to August 5, 2023. In the analysis, the will to be independent scale was divided into confidence and effort by factor analysis (KMO=.585, X²=21.368), and pre-post tests were conducted with the nonparametric statistical test proposed by F. Wilcoxon. As a result of the study, first, the change in confidence was not statistically significant (z=-.816, p>.05), and second, the change in effort was statistically significant (z=-1.957, p<.05). The significance of this study is to present the direction of Permanency Process Planning that increases teenagers will to be independent and promotes will to be independent by verifying the effectiveness of the Permanency Process Planning Academy that affects teenagers will to be independent.
