국문 초록

본 논문은 칼 필립 엠마누엘 바흐의 쳄발로 협주곡을 선‘적인 발전의 역사관’으로부터 분리해, 그 독창적이고 독자적인 구조 양식, 언어 표현의 면면들을 분석적으로 읽고 드러내는 것을 목적으로 하며, 《쳄발로 협주곡》Wq 23 을 구체적 분석 대상으로 삼는다 바흐의 쳄발로 협주곡 은 작곡가가 격동의 시대에 함께 격동하면서 자‘기 것’을 모색하고 실험하며 이루어 낸 고‘유 영역’이다.특히 베를린 궁정의 갖가지 모순과 갈등과 긴장의 상황에서 그의 음악은 극적 다층성 및 복합성의 특징을 띠었는데, 이때 태생적으로 갈등과 긴장, 동시에 조화의 본성을 지니는 협주곡으로 바흐는 그러한 정서와 표현을 마음껏 쏟아냈다. 그렇게 독창적 천재(Originalgenie) 바흐는 결국 아버지 요한 세바스티안 바흐가 창출해 낸 장르로써 자기의 고유성 짙고 새로운, 더 구체적으로 말하자면 다층성과 복합성, 극한성이 뚜렷한 구조, 양식, 언어, 작법, 표현을 성취 해 냈다. 그리고 그 바탕에는 자유와 실험 정신이 짙게 드리워 있었다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to separate Carl Philipp Emmanuel Bach’s harpsichord concertos from the historical view of linear development and reveal aspects of its original structure, language, and expression, and takes the Wq 23 as a specific object of research. Bach’s harpsichord concertos are the composer’s ‘own territory’ in which he experimented and searched for ‘his own’ in turbulent times. His music was characterized by dramatic multilayeredness and complexity, especially in the context of various contradictions, conflicts, and tensions at the Berlin court, and Bach poured out such expressions in concertos that inherently possessed the essence of conflict and tension, but also harmony. Thus, the ‘Originalgenie’ Bach eventually achieved his own unique, multi-layered, complex, and extreme structure, form, language, and expression in the genre created by his father, Johann Sebastian Bach, with a spirit of freedom and experimentation.
