한국판 보편적 소속감 척도(GBS) 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 Malone, Pillow와 Osman(2012)이 개발한 보편적 소속감 척도(General Belongingness Scale)를 타당화 하였다. 연구 수행을 위해 원저자에게 한국판 연구 진행에 대한 허가를 받았으며, 연구자와 상담심리전공의 이중언어자, 전공교수가 합의하여 문항을 번역하였다. 전국 대학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 예비연구에서는 312명의 설문응답 자료를 활용하여 문항분석 및 탐색적 요인분석을 진행하였다. 기술통계, 상관분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석의 절차를 진행한 결과, 원척도 12문항 중 제거된 문항은 없었으며 구성 또한 원척도와 같은 2요인으로 도출되었다. 이에 하위요인 명을 원척도와 동일하게 수용/소속(6문항)과 거부/배제(6문항)으로 명명하였다. 본연구에서는 462명의 자료를 활용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하고 개념타당도, 동시타당도를 검증하여 적합도를 확인하였다. 이후 예측타당도 검증을 위하여 선행연구를 토대로 외로움과 삶의 만족의 변인을 설정하고, 회귀분석을 활용하여 유의미한 예측 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 연구 결과를 논하고, 본 연구가 지니는 의의 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 기술하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, the General Belongingness Scale(GBS) developed by Malone, Pillow & Osman(2012) was validated in Korea. For this purpose, permission for validation was obtained from the original authors, and a bilingual counseling psychology major and a professor of the major agreed to translate the items. For the validation, a survey was conducted among university students nationwide, and sample 1 collected data from 312 participants, and item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and factor analysis were conducted, and as a result, none of the original 12 items were removed, and the scale was derived into two factors, and the subfactors were named as Acceptance/Inclusion (6 items) and Rejection/Exclusion (6 items). Sample 2 was subjected to confirmatory factor analysis using data from 462 participants to verify conceptual and concurrent validity. After that, the predictive validity was verified by using regression analysis on loneliness and life satisfaction through previous studies. Based on this, the results of the study are discussed, and the significance of this study and suggestions for further research are described at the end.
