영문 초록
It is one of most important problems for every region in our country to get competitiveness. Sometimes, we can get competitiveness from artificial development, or we can get competitiveness from combination of natural development and artificial development. However, it has a tendency of decreasing of outcome for some regions to get such competitiveness. We can tell essential causes which are duplication investment and rack of driving force of business proprietors. In this study, we consider natural development and artificial development simultaneously and suggest a method of upgraded regional competitiveness.
