영문 초록

When local authorities of South Korea have the agricultural interchange scheme with local authorities of North Korea, they have to have clear goals and contents. Because the scheme provides local agricultural companies in South Korea to possibilities in pushing into North Korea' market and customers in South Korea can get a stable supply of agricultural products. As a result, when local authorities of South Korea make a progress in the scheme, it is necessary to have the human network system with a variety of specialists and scheme funds. Further, the scheme should be based on the reciprocity and humanity.
