국문 초록

본 연구는 IPA 기법을 활용하여 공공 원격교육 플랫폼과 민간 원격교육 플랫폼을 비교분석하여 공공 원격교육 플랫폼에 대한 어떠한 요구가 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 공공원격교육 플랫폼과 민간 원격교육 플랫폼 모두를 사용해본 적 있는 교사 314명으로 원격교육 플랫폼에 대한 중요도와 만족도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. IPA 분석은 중요도와 만족도 평균 점수를 기준으로 실시하였으며, 요구도의 최우선순위는 Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus 모델을 사용하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원격교육 플랫폼에서 중요하게 생각하는 항목은 1위 안정적인 시스템 운영, 2위 개인정보보호기능, 3위 실시간화상수업 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공공 원격교육 플랫폼 만족도는 민간 원격교육 플랫폼 만족도보다 대부분의 항목이 낮게 나타났다. 특히 다수의 인원이 동시에 문서를 편집하거나 함께 학습하는 기능, 실시간 화상수업 기능, 학습 데이터 저장 및 분석 기능 등의 다양한 학습경험의 요소가 민간 원격교육 플랫폼 대비 공공 원격교육 플랫폼의 부족한 점으로 발견되었다. 셋째, 공공 원격교육 플랫폼 요구도 최우선 순위는 총 9가지 항목으로 실시간화상수업 환경, 다수의 인원이 동시에 문서 편집 및 함께 학습하는 기능, 안정적인 시스템 운영, 학습 데이터 저장 및 분석 기능, 학습자 개별 피드백 기능, 사용자 의견수렴 및 수용, 지속적인 기능 업데이트, 기기 호환성, 개별과제 기능 순으로 도출되었다.

영문 초록

This study utilized the IPA technique to compare and analyze public and private distance education platforms, aiming to identify the requirements for public distance education platforms. The research involved surveying 314 teachers who had experience using both public and private distance education platforms, assessing their perceptions of importance and satisfaction regarding these platforms. IPA analysis was conducted based on average scores of importance and satisfaction, using Borich's Needs Assessment and the Locus for Focus model to prioritize requirements. The results are as follows: Firstly, the top three prioritized factors in distance education platforms were identified as follows: 1) stable system operation, 2) data privacy protection features, and 3) real-time video lecture capabilities. Secondly, the satisfaction level with public distance education platforms was generally lower than that with private platforms across most aspects. Particularly, various elements of learning experiences such as collaborative document editing, real-time video lectures, and learning data storage and analysis were found to be lacking in public platforms compared to private ones. Thirdly, the priority requirements for public distance education platforms were identified as follows: real-time video lecture environment, collaborative document editing and learning together by multiple users, stable system operation, learning data storage and analysis, individual learner feedback, user opinion collection and incorporation, continuous feature updates, device compatibility, and individual assignment functions.
