국문 초록

본 연구는 푸드테라피 이용자의 확장된 합리적 행동이론(ETRA)을 중심으로 푸드테크 산업의 선택행동을 분석하였다. 푸드테라피 이용자 2000명을 대상으로 2023년 12월 4일부터 12월 23일까지 20일간 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 최종적으로 23.0%에 해당되는 460부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구는 확장된 합리적 행동이론(ETRA)에 기반한 조절효과모형을 개념적 연구모형으로 설계하였으며, 개념적 연구모형을 설계하기 위해 총 35개 항목을 조사하였고, 7개의 관측변수와 4개의 잠재변수를 이용하여 구조방정식모형을 검증하였다. 확장된 합리적 행동모형(ETRA)에서 푸드테라피는 조절효과로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 테라피 이용자가 신체적 테라피 이용자보다 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제가 이용의도와 행동에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 조절효과가 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 푸드테크 산업에 대한 거시적 관점에서 계량분석과 미시적 관점에서 푸드테라피 사업에 대한 실증연구의 필요성에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 푸드테크 산업에 대한 법과 제도적 지원, 대체식품 시장의 활성화 및 촉진방안, 푸드테크 산업의 글로벌 밸류체인 구축, 푸드테라피 사업의 공급체인관리에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the choice behavior of food therapy users in the food tech industry, focusing on the expanded theory of rational action (ETRA). A survey was conducted on 2,000 food therapy users for 20 days from December 4 to December 23, 2023, and 460 questionnaires, or 23.0%, were used in the final analysis. This study designed a moderating effect model based on the extended theory of rational action (ETRA) as a conceptual research model. A total of 35 items were investigated to design the conceptual research model, with seven observed variables and four potential variables. The structural equation model was verified using variables. Food therapy was found to act as a moderating effect in the extended rational action model (ETRA). The moderating effects of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control in influencing intention to use and behavior were found to be higher for psychological therapy users than for physical therapy users. This study presented policy implications on the need for quantitative analysis of the food tech industry from a macro perspective and empirical research on food therapy business from a micro perspective, as well as legal and institutional support for the food therapy industry and alternative foods. Policy implications for market revitalization and promotion, establishment of a global value chain in the food tech industry, and supply chain management of the food therapy business were presented.
