체험형 창업교육 만족도 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 대학 내 창업가 양성을 위한 창업교육이 강조되고 있다. 교육부는 2023년 대학이 축적한 연구성과와 기술력, 인적자본을 활용한 기술창업을 기반으로 양질의 일자리를 창출하고자 전국 35개 대학을 창업교육 혁신선도대학으로 지정하여 지원하고 있다. 본 연구는 전국 35개 창업교육 혁신선도대학수강생을 대상으로 체험형 창업교육 현황 및 운영 실태를 조사하여 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과 체험형 창업교육 수강생의 특성의 차이에 따라 교육만족도 및 교육효과가 다르게 나타났다. 창업동아리 유경험자의 경우 체험형 창업교육에 대한 교육내용 및 교수법에 대한 만족도가 높지 않아 이에 대한 대책이 요구되며, 체험형 창업교육의 적정한 수강 인원 규모, 교육 시간 및 횟수, 강의 방법 등에 대한 설문결과를 정리한 결과 기존 창업동아리 및 창업교육 경험 유·무에 따른 집단 간 요구도가 달라 수강생 특성을 향후 고려해야 할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 체험형 창업교육 수강생을 창업 동아리 경험 및 창업교육 유·무에 따라 분리하여 교육 실태를 분석함으로써 향후 창업교육혁신선도대학의 주요 핵심성과를 달성함에 있어 다양한 수강생의 특성에 기반한 교육내용, 교수법 등에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

The Ministry of Education is supporting 35 universities across the country by designating them as leading innovation universities in entrepreneurship education in 2023 in order to create quality jobs based on technological startups utilizing the research results, technological capabilities, and human capital accumulated by universities. This study sought to derive improvement measures by investigating the current status and operation of experiential entrepreneurship education among students at 35 innovative entrepreneurship education universities across the country. As a result of the study, educational satisfaction and educational effectiveness were found to vary depending on the characteristics of experiential entrepreneurship education students.In the case of those with experience in entrepreneurship clubs, the level of satisfaction with the educational content and teaching methods of experiential entrepreneurship education is not high, so countermeasures are required. Survey results on the appropriate number of students for experiential entrepreneurship education, training time and number, and lecture methods, etc. As a result, it was found that there was a need to consider the characteristics of students in the future due to differences in needs between groups depending on whether they had experience with existing entrepreneurship clubs or entrepreneurship education. This study analyzes the educational status of experiential entrepreneurship education students by separating them according to their experience in entrepreneurship clubs and the presence or absence of entrepreneurship education. In order to achieve the main core achievements of future innovation-leading universities in entrepreneurship education, educational content based on the characteristics of various students, It presents theoretical and practical implications for teaching methods, etc.
