국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 캡스톤 디자인 교수모형을 개발하기 위한 기초연구로 캡스톤 디자인 교수자의 핵심역량을 도출하는 것이다. 연구방법: 이를 위해, 문헌분석 및 사례분석, 전문가 인터뷰를 하였다. 연구의 타당도 검증을 위해 전문가 개별면담, 리커트 5점 척도와 CVI 평가를 실시하였으며 전문가 의견을 바탕으로 수정·보완하였다. 연구결과: 캡스톤 디자인 교수자의 핵심역량은 지식, 기술과 태도의 범주로 구분하여 9가지 도출되었다. 지식범주는 ‘자기주도’, ‘의사소통’, ‘팀워크 대인관계역량’, 기술범주는 ‘창의적 문제해결역량’, ‘설계 및 개발’, ‘통찰력’, 태도범주는‘실행력’, ‘윤리관’, ‘앙트러프러너십’으로 도출되었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 기존의 강의식 수업이나 워크샵, 특강 형식에서 벗어나 캡스톤 디자인 교수자의 핵심역량을 바탕으로 한 교수자역량 강화를 위한 프로그램 개발을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is basic research to develop a model of a Capstone design instruction. Method: Method of study to solve the research challenges is to execute analysis of literature, case study and the demand of each of learners, trainers and industries. And the core capabilities of the capstone design and draft the capstone design instruction model are designed. To verify the adequacy of the study, individual expert interview, 리커트 5 point scale and Content Validity Index assessment were conducted and modified and supplemented based on opinions of the experts. Results: The result of the study which were derived according to this research procedure, are as follows. The core capabilities of the Capstone design were organized into 9 elements with knowledge, skills and attitudes. Conclusion: This study proposed the development of a program to strengthen instructor capabilities based on the core competencies of capstone design instructors, breaking away from the existing lecture-style class, workshop, or special lecture.
