상담치료전공대학원생의 자기성찰 경험에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 상담치료전공 대학원생의 자기성찰 경험을 살펴봄으로써 상담치료 대학원생의 교육경험을 이해할 수 있는 구체적 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 Giorgi 현상학적 연구방법을 동원하였고 상담전공 5학기차 이상 이수한 대학원생과 졸업생 8명에게 심층면접을 실시하고 자료를 획득하였다. 자료분석 결과 12개의 하위구성요소와 4개의 구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구결과 ‘긍정적 정서 경험’, ‘성숙한 관계형성’, ‘자기인식의 확장’, ‘전문상담가로의 도약’으로 의미가 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 볼 때 상담전공 대학원생은 대학원 과정을 통해 자기성찰을 경험함으로써 부정적인 경험이 긍정적으로 변화하고 관계에서 긍정적 변화를 경함하며 인간적으로 성장하고, 추후 전문상담자가 되고자 하는 목표를 설정하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구와 관련한 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the self-reflective experience of graduate students majoring in counseling therapy to provide specific data to understand the educational experience of counseling therapy graduate students. To this end, Giorgi phenomenological research methods were mobilized, and in-depth interviews were conducted and data were obtained from 8 graduate students and graduates who had completed more than 5 semesters of counseling majors. As a result of the data analysis, 12 subcomponents and 4 components were derived. As a result of the study, meaning was derived from 'positive emotional experience', 'mature relationship building', 'expansion of self-awareness', and 'leap to professional counselor'. Through this study, it has been shown that graduate students in counseling experience self-reflection through graduate study, so that negative experiences change positively, that they recognize positive changes in relationships, that they grow humanely, and that they set goals to become professional counselors in the future. Finally, limitations related to this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were made.
