1인 단독가구의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 영구임대아파트에 거주하는 1인 단독가구의 특성과 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 분석 결과 공동체의식, 우울감이 주요 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 또한 남자인 경우, 여가문화생활에 만족정도가 낮을수록, 여가시간 충분정도가 높을수록, 종교단체에 참여한 경우가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 변인으로 나타났다. 영구임대아파트 내 종합복지관에서 제공하는 복지서비스 중에서는 급식지원서비스, 동네방네 팟 캐스트 서비스가 1인단독가구의 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 근거로 다음과 같은 제언을 한다. 첫째, 영구임대아파트에 거주하는 중장년 1인 단독가구 중 남성들을 위한 맞춤형 프로그램을 개발하여 제공한다. 둘째, 우울감을 낮추고 공동체의식을 높이기 위해 다른 누군가를 도와주는 외부활동을 개발한다. 셋째, 공동체의식을 높이기 위해 비혈연 주거공동체를 구성하여 노인과 아이들이 서로 교류하며 함께 어울려 살 수 있는 다세대 복합주거형태의 단지를 구성한다. 넷째, 여가생활을 TV나 비디오 시청에서 벗어나 다양한 문화활동을 할 수 있는 바우처카드 제도를 개선하여 찾아가는 문화활동 서비스를 개발한다. 다섯째, 종합복지관에서 제공하는 급식서비스를 전달하는 접근성 방법을 개선한다. 본 연구는 중소도시인 K시 영구임대아파트에 거주하는 대상자로 한정을 지어 연구를 진행하였다. 따라서 그 결과를 일반화하는 것에 제한이 있다. 동시에 1인 가구의 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하기에는 표본의 수의 한계가 있다. 따라서 후속 질적연구를 통해서 이들의 삶의 질의 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 심층적 정보를 얻을 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Although the proportion of single-person households has recently been on the rise, leading research on single-person households living in permanent rental apartments has been rare, which analyzes their characteristics and factors that affect their quality of life. As a result, community consciousness and depression were the main influences. In addition, in the case of males, the lower the level of satisfaction with the leisure-cultural life, the higher the level of sufficient leisure time, and in the case of participation in a religious organization was found to be a statistically significant variable. Among the welfare services provided by the general welfare center in the permanent rental apartment, the case of using the meal support service and the case of podcast service of the all town was found to have a significant influence on their quality of life. Therefore, the following suggestions are made: First, a program for men should be developed and provided for middle-aged single-person households residing in permanent rental apartments. Second, in order to reduce depression and increase the sense of community, we should develop activities that go outside and help others. Third, in order to enhance the sense of community, housing should be organized as a non-blooded residential community to form a multi-family complex in which the elderly and children can interact with each other and live together. Fourth, the voucher card system, which can do various cultural activities away from watching TV or video, should be improved and developed into a cultural activity that visits in person. Fifth, it is suggested that the catering service provided by the general welfare center improves the delivery method and provides access to the welfare center service, which has a static and meaningful effect on the quality of life, so that participants can experience variously. However, this study is difficult to generalize because it was conducted as a target resident of the small and medium-sized city of K-City permanent rental apartment. In addition, it is suggested that various independent variables are proportionally larger than the number of samples to analyze the impact relationship of quality of life, and that qualitative research should be combined for further studies.
